Sam H. Carr
Managing Partner
Sam Carr has over 30 years of experience in financial management and consulting. He is a finance and operations executive with broad-based experience that includes 12 years as a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Accounting Officer in mid-sized private and public corporations. As CFO of a major healthcare company, Sam orchestrated an initial public offering (IPO) of a rollup consolidation throughout the United States. Sam served as President of a management consulting firm for 9 years and worked as an auditor and consultant for an international public accounting firm for 14 years.
Sam has managed multiple regulatory compliance engagements for international clients, including several assignments related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Sam has served as the leader of outsourced internal business controls departments for several multinational corporations.
